Empowering You to Navigate the Financial Realities of Divorce

Divorce proceedings come with a lot of change. They can be uncertain, stressful, and may cause strain in your personal relationships as well as difficulty in managing your finances.

You may be considering divorce, which is one of the hardest decisions you can make, and thinking about its potential impact on your finances.

You may be newly separated from your spouse and exploring the addition of a financial professional to your team of advisors.

You may be completing your divorce but now require counsel from a financial professional on what comes next.

We’re In This Together

We have experience across a broad range of asset classes and we operate with a high standard of professionalism and precision. This multifaceted expertise makes us your optimal partner.

Client Stabilization

Once hired, we focus on helping you find stability by empowering you to gain a complete understanding of your financial picture. This starts with analyzing your current financial situation and evaluating future circumstances. It may also include preparing financial statements, reviewing assets, and creating projections.

“Even the most savvy individuals may feel overwhelmed while navigating the stormy waters of a divorce. We work alongside you to prepare and guide you toward a comfortable financial outcome.”

-Margo Cook, CFP®, CDFA®, Divorce Wealth Planning Team

Attorney Support (Negotiation & Litigation)

We work with your chosen attorney on an as-needed basis throughout your entire divorce process, assisting them in making their arguments more persuasive and supporting their efforts in negotiation, mediation, and litigation.

Our relationship with you and your attorney might be as simple as helping you understand your financial circumstances to answer your attorney’s questions, or as complex as creating monetary projections for your attorney  to utilize to support your case. Our services are comprehensive, and we allow you and your attorney to tell us which of those services fits your circumstance and the attorney’s desired strategy.

“No divorce is the same, and we adapt our process to the singular needs of our clients and their counsel. If working alongside an attorney, we learn about their process and preferences, and we collaborate in cohesive partnership to support our client.”

- John Dame, Esq., Divorce Wealth Planning Team

With a former divorce litigator on our team, we have an inherent understanding of what it is like to be your attorney, and know the process and procedure involved in a divorce. We employ that knowledge to maximize our impact and create the best possible outcome for you.

Client Financial Understanding & Empowerment

It may seem quite daunting to think about your finances, particularly in the context of the complex emotions of a divorce. We hope to help you clear out the clutter.

Perhaps you were the high-earner in the household, but you never managed the finances, or maybe you worked inside of the home to support the family while your spouse experienced sustained career success, and you never had a lot of insight into the full financial picture.

We are here to help you obtain a complete understanding of your finances and to empower you to take control of your financial future.

Post-Judgment Wealth Planning & Investment Management

The launch of your next chapter is critically important. Just like your hope for a happy future should not end with your marriage, our relationship with you is just beginning at the conclusion of your divorce process.

After your divorce is complete, we initiate a long-term comprehensive wealth planning and investment management process that supports the launch of your next chapter and beyond.

We design a portfolio just for you, explore the purpose of your capital, determine your risk tolerance and cash needs, and deploy an individualized plan. Our investment experience goes beyond stocks and bonds. Even if the entirety of your wealth is managed in our core model portfolios, our understanding of all asset classes is critical to our macroeconomic perspective and the way we manage your wealth.

Rothschild Capital Partners is purpose-built for empowering you and the potential of your wealth. We are here for you, and we are excited for what comes next.
